Please note that customised or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for each customer.

We gladly accept returns only if the wrong product was sent or if your order arrives damaged.
In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or solution promptly.

We create each order exactly as it is submitted — please double-check your spelling and details before placing your order.
