          No minimum purchase required.

⏳ Delivery Times

      🇪🇺 Europe, Australia, Canada & UK and other countries: 6–12 business days

(Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs or local courier delays.)

      🇺🇸 United States: Please note that shipping to the USA is temporarily paused due to new import tax regulations effective from August 29, 2025. Orders from US customers are not being shipped until this matter is resolved. We do our best to find a convenient solution promptly.

⚡ Order Processing

           Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

           You will receive a 📦 tracking number and a message confirmation as soon as your order is shipped.

           We work with reliable international carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you do cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

⚠️ Shipping address Changes

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello.umvero@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes after this time.

🚚 Delayed Delivery

At UMVERO, we understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you, and we strive to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that in some cases, there may be delays in delivery due to circumstances outside of our control. For example: unexpected delays or issues during transit (such as severe weather conditions or transportation disruptions), address verification problems, or payment processing delays.

In such cases, we will do our best to work with the courier to ensure that your package is delivered as soon as possible.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand it can be frustrating if a package is lost or stolen during delivery process. Once we hand over your order to our courier partners, delivery is no longer under our direct control.

If this happens:

Please contact the courier company directly to file a claim. Most couriers have a process for lost or stolen packages and may request additional details from you.

Please note: UMVERO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as these are outside our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement as a gesture of goodwill.

In some cases, the courier may locate and deliver the package. If the package cannot be found, we also recommend filing a police report for further assistance.
